• Please book this tour at least 1 hour in advance.
• The tour starts at the meeting point or your hotel (depending on your booking) at 8:00 AM or 1:00 PM.
• Lunch is not included in this tour.
• The ticket is valid only on the date of booking.
• Please note: This ticket is available for foreigners only.
• For join-in tours, you can choose between morning (8:00 AM) or afternoon (1:00 PM) slots.
• For private tours, you may select your preferred start time.

Additional Info:

• You will receive confirmation of the availability of your booking within 1 minute of booking time. Most of the bookings are auto-confirmed, we will send you the voucher via email.
  • Auto Pre-Paid Booking:- Any auto pre-paid booking is confirmed automatically when paying us via our payment gateway system.
  • Partial Payment:- All bookings with partial payment are non-refundable and confirmed automatically.
  • Pay later booking:- Any booking where you have selected to pay later is not confirmed unless you update us with your room number and hotel check-in information.
• Our pick-up time and Guide Numbers of tours would be confirmed by our Customer Service Representative 12 hours before the date of the tour. (In case of Join Tours,)

Pick-up details:

• To join tour, depending on the option you have selected we will either:
  • Pick-up from your centrally located hotel within a 2 KM radius of the Central Business District, including Silom, Pratunam, Sathorn, or Riverside areas.
  • Meet at Saphan Taksin Skytrain Station, Exit No. 2. Our guide will hold a Sun Leisure World placard (for those selecting the "Experience from Meeting Point" option).
• For a private tour we'll pick you up from:
  • Pick-up from your centrally located hotel within a 2 KM radius of the Central Business District, including Silom, Pratunam, Sathorn, or Riverside areas.
  • An additional surcharge for hotel pickup outside the 2KM radius of the city center is applicable and payable on the day of your activity.

• Please present this ticket to the driver/guide.
• You do not need to show a voucher, just show them a mobile voucher or booking confirmation on mobile for this activity.
• This ticket is only valid for the booked date.
